- When will my items ship?
- Generally speaking, items will ship within 1-2 weeks. Customized items such as Window Stickers or Certificates of Authenticity may take longer.
- Why is item "x" available for a "xxxx" model year vehicle, but not mine?
- Many of our items were originally available when the vehicle was new, and cannot be reproduced. Unfortunately, once they are gone, they are gone.

What are the stipulations for the discount promotion for posting about my products?

Link or Tag Requirement: The post must include either a link to our website or a tag to our social media account(s).

Photo Requirement: Ensure the post contains a clear picture of our product(s). Please do not include any personal information.

Submission: Email the link to your post to Fordsp1@ford.com to qualify for the discount.

Right to Decline: We reserve the right to decline any discount at our discretion.

- Why are Window Stickers not available for older vehicles?
- Unfortunately, there was a change made to how Window Stickers were formatted partially through the 2007 Model Year, and during that change the older data was purged.
- When will a Certificate of Authenticity be available for "x"
- The data that is required for Certificates is available to us once production for the model year has ended. Once we receive the data, we then have to organize and check the data for accuracy. Our goal is to have Certificates available within 6 months of production ending, however sometimes more time is required.
- Why is a Certificate of Authenticity not available for my car?
- Certificates of Authenticity are created by us for specialty vehicles. Due to the unique nature of them, we do not offer them for all vehicles. If your vehicle is a specialty vehicle, I.E SVT, Ford Performance, or ST, we will have one for it.
