Please contact us via email@example.com or over the phone Monday – Friday at 800-367-3788, we will work with you to arrange any returns or exchanges that may be necessary.
Once we have determined the need for a return or exchange, we will arrange to have your existing product sent back to us.
Place the return label we will provide on the existing package and drop it off at your local UPS pickup location.
If you’re returning from outside the U.S., or don’t want to use our label, please send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS or FedEx). Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it traceable. Send it to us at:
